Delivery Returns
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more
We strive to process and ship your custom creations as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days, with delivery times varying depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that custom items may take additional time to craft. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Since each item is custom-made to your specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as a defect or mistake in customization, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority!
